Just installed one of the plugin which I had been looking for long - Easy Expand.

It’s a simple plugin which uses Javascript to tweak the More tag of Wordpress into an expandable one.

Posts will be loaded, but hide behind the tag. Users can click on the tag to expand and collapse the post freely, and it’s very effective on long posts! =) Viola!
