Reminiscent of The Days We Shared

Today, I went out to meet up with two friends - Rebecca, who just came back from Australia last Thursday, and SiongSiang, which is going to Kuching soon (Sunday).

Yesterday night, SiongSiang shocked me when he told me that he’s leaving, it’s so sudden. And at the same time, Rebecca SMS to ask me if I would like to join them for a movie or something, at night. I don’t really like to go out in big group, unless it’s people who I really like(or enjoy hanging out with), eg. hmmm, no examples, don’t want to stir up anything here, hehe! =) So, instead of going in group, I suggested that I go CHMS to meet up with her in the morning, and she agreed. Last Day of Holiday

Last day of holiday, sigh, 2 weeks of holiday is gone within a glimpse, and all I did was dealing with my web server and socializing with people who attended the course (Friendster view approaching 700! Woo!), lol. =S Anyway, spent more than an hour, choosing the right Light-whatever/whatever-box, and end up with reliable, niche and original - Lightbox 2. It’s the only one who’s installation and activation process are within my knowledge (thanks to the instructions), although I was looking for one which can possibly shows inline contents and external web pages using the JS(JavaScript) effect.

P.S: Just skip this paragraph, hehe, just type it out to satisfy my geek-need, lol. xD

I took some photos yesterday (while doing homeworks, HAH!), and here’s the photos, represented in lighbox JS effect, woo! =) P.S: Some of you who visited my site right before it crash might had seen this effect, lol.

Vagabond’s Comeback: This Time For Real

Finally, after more than 2-3 weeks of on-and-off from the blogosphere, I am back! =) I am hosting with ASO (ASmallOrange.Com) now, my first paid host (used to host on Sheng’s private server), U$5 (roughly B$8) per month, 400MB space. The price is reasonable, and they’re obviously not over-selling (many web hosts are over-selling by giving out hundreds of GBs of space for less than 10 bucks a month, but their speed is very slow and their technical support is very bad). So far I am quite happy with ASO, they provide me with prompt replies (often within 10 minutes) whenever I submit a ticket (questions, email). =)

P.S: You can’t access this blog using sub-domain yet (http://vagabond.vrien-den.com) because the domain name takes time to completely propagate for various ISPs, might takes up to a week. =( It seems like the domain name is stable already, should be 100% working in a few days time. =)
