MD Health Awareness Club - Awareness Ribbons

I am going to be fairly busy with this project at the moment, and so might not be updating until next Monday. =)
It’s actually an exhibition organized by Ministry of Health of Brunei (for the anniversary of 100 years of service)
and being the so-called Heath Awareness Club (damn, I still think it’s ridiculous that we’re forced to change), we’re asked/selected to be in-charge of it, and so to represent Maktab Duli in the exhibition.
Basically, we would be given a small space/booth (well, really small, 3m for 3 schools, so we’re actually getting 1m of the board, only, not sure about the actual space tho), which at first, we were told that it’s 3m for Maktab Duli only, who knows… sigh. (and we’re stick with 4 topics, damn)
P.S: We need help people! Need help in making the ribbons, we started 2 days ago, and our exhibition is on Thursday till Sunday (great huh? Sigh).
I was doing some still life shooting just now, on the hundreds of awareness ribbons I took back home. I am not very good in still life yet (although I was pretty good at it when I use in Point-and-Shoot last time, since there’s a zero cm macro mode), and the one you saw above is perhaps the best I got. =) Feel free to save it and use as a wallpaper (hahaha, as if it’s good enough).
That’s all for now, time to get back to my pamphlets design (gah!).

I think giving out free stuff is a very effective way of raising awareness :D and the ribbons are soooo pretty!
I think one thing they can do (since the budget is generous) is to print some words on the ribbon itself. That’s how they do it for the breast cancer ribbons here. Just a thought. Hehe.
It would be great if MoH does it every year.

LeeShi: =) Brunei people love free stuffs, haha. =D I just heard from my group mate that our ribbons are gone, and it’s only the second day, lol. We wanted to do a lot of things, but well, we only got 3 days. =( And in Brunei, most printing takes longer than that, sigh. (btw, we actually considered that, erm, writing using permanent marker, but it’s going to take a long long time to do that)
ET: Haha, you setup one la, but don’t you think HEALTH awareness club is so lame? Not specific, hell, it’s like nothing can be achieve. last time Breast Cancer Awareness, at least we can focus, and now, sigh.
