22.03.08 - One Piece Rocks!
Posted in: 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6, B&W Photography, Candid Photography, Street PhotographyIt’s almost 1pm, and finally, I am done catching up all the One Piece manga that had been released, hah!
I must had shorten my lifespan by a couple days for not sleeping last night, darn, too addicted, blehz.
Had been reading the manga since 10pm (while talking randomly on MSN with HaoHan, Poli275, Weihon and etc) and there it goes…
1am: Hmm, still early..
2am: I am not tired~
3am: Go Luffy! (main character of the manga)
4am: Darn, I can’t stop!
5am: *door open..* Huh? WTF? (Maid, “Apakan? Awal-awal sudah main computer ni?”)
6am: zzz…..
This photo is taken last week, when I went pasar malam (it’s evening anyway) in Gadong with mom. It is our favourite sugarcane drink stall, and this is among my very few/first street photography experience, still not quite confident in shooting whom I don’t know in person. And I did/edited another two variations of this photo, a vintage version and a stylized version.
By the way, remember the bird nest I mentioned before? There are eggs in it right? Yesterday, we found some young bird(s) in them, those eggs hatched! =D Check it out! =) I don’t want to be too intrusive tho, since I don’t have a telephoto lens, sigh.
And you guys really should check out the site which I am reading those manga from, Crunchyball. =) Introduced by my classmates, it’s a really great site for anime/drama/etc streaming and manga reading, very nice site. =) Don’t blame me if you didn’t have enough sleep, yea? =)
And feel free to comment about my B&W conversion, hope I didn’t overdone it, hehe, still working on my B&W conversion, blehz. xD

I like the vintage version. Nice.
Maid, “Apakan? Awal-awal sudah main computer ni?”

Mable: Thanks =)
Kay:HAHAHAHA, yea dude! xD
Definitely, you will addicted. Haha. One Piece rocks!!! Well, I was like you last time but not only for one piece, I was catching up other comics as well. And ended up sleep late late. LOLz
Black and white is one of the best way to present portraits :) nice shot! I rarely take photos of other people because I’m afraid some will either find it offensive or find me irritating, lol!
It has been a loooong time since I last read a Jap manga!
teddY: Same here, but yea, I am his customer, so I guess it makes me less irritating? loL! And erm, I was shooting from hip (meaning hanging the camera on my neck, and shoot, without raising my camera), and I am quite sure he noticed.. then after a couple shots, I make it more obvious, and then only I start compose using my eyes, =p
