16.08.08 - Where is Our A level Results?

Anyway, just to update my blog for the sake of updating, haha. Not in the mood to write much because mock is coming up and I doubt I can do well in it, buuuu!~
Hmmm, proceed only if you want, they’re a couple self-portraits I took when I was revising. Hmm, I’m not sure why but I always take self-portrait during revision, lol.

^ Same photo, different post-processing. I like both for different reason. What’s your pick? =D
^ Well, just playing around with light, lol. And yeap, I wear that jacket when I study, because I am kind of afraid of cold (and my aircond is set to 24 degree, hahahaha).

i prefer the second pic. haha tho i can’t nail the reason. I think it gives a stronger statement. n wat’s with self portraits lately? i realised chungsun just placed a 25 pics grid of himself on his blog! =P
MOE’s not releasing your A levels results or wat? good luck with the mocks! =D
@ ChiHo: More like trying to cover up as many part of my face so it’s not quite as bad-looking, =p
@ JinYang: By second picture you mean the second manipulation or the 2nd photo (3rd in this post)? Well, ChungSun’s isn’t really self-portrait, =p it’s just photos with him in them, hahaha, I might do a timeline style mosaic one day, =p Well, I am actually planning a life-long photo project, so yyea.. =D
Erm, yea, I think everyone in this tiny lil’ world already had theirs, except us. =S Even JIS students had theirs already, I think. JIS has A level right? lol…

I do that to block off stray light from my table lamp, =p It’s pretty much the same reason why photographers use hood when they’re shooting under the sun, =D
Wow it has been AGES since I was last here! Sorry for not being around for such a long time! I’m very scared of cold too - I would rather die of hyperthermia and die in some snowland. Everywhere I go in my uni (from lectures to libraries) I’ll definitely bring along my jacket, just in case it gets too cold inside! Lecture theatres in my uni is notoriously cold, for some reason.
I love the last shot, although the first few are pretty creative ;) it’s a shame that you didn’t post the original RGB photo but I guess if you post them, it defeats the purpose of B&W eh? :P
Good luck for the mock tests :) just give it your best shot and you’ll be okay.

Hahaha, should we be happy about global warming, then? =D Just kidding, =p
Well, the original RGB shots are craps due to the strong orange illumination from my table lamp (which is tungsten), hehehe. =D
